For what it's worth i think it's a good idea and i intend to join and see what happens. I think a concrete proposal is better than nothing, and putting oneself out there to suggest things takes effort, which i appreciate. 

I think anyone proposing anything at the moment could be perceived as "fast", but let's assume good intent until proven otherwise? :)
