Dec 31st of the second pandemic winter
damn.. evaded covid for so long, and finally
it got me
my body is formally infected
the invincibility complex
simply fades away

it lost some of its fangs - evolution they say
milder and more promiscuous
hypermodernity

I’m quarantining in my room. isolation messes with you
the invisible stories
that we are all going through

hurts me lately to see so many unvaccinated people in the units
the very sick ones, they linger in limbo
