Dear All,

last week in town Split (Croatia) an artistic
project was done connected to this latest war. Milan Brkic and Rino Efendic have
take an abandoned old metal boat as a center of happening. The boat was once a
hard fishing machinery on the open sea. It is almoust 20 meters long, and totaly
full of algas. Looks as an old factory, and as it's cutting would be too
expensive it is still left on the location. Performance happened in really late night hours.

This would be a short description of it, as
analysis are obviously not needed; after one
artist left a car, with which they came to a location, threw a coat, and put a
shiptar hat /white half ball/ on it. Car lights were not turned till the end of
occasion, and in the perspective showed both objects and a boat. The white
traditional shiptar hat was really shining on the ground. And moon was almost
full. The whole area was really loudly sounded
with SOS signals.

That was a first Croatian artists reaction on
this war.

(For those who were on the last
year's Film Festival, it was on the place we went after the closing party, where
a police car token us for a ride.)

Sincerely,
