several communications centers were bombed-result: mobiles are not
working in many cities in serbia. i just hope ordinary  phone lines will
stay working (anyway, they are more in use than mobile`s)

euronews around 2 p.m.CET announced new attacks. for a while targets are
not civilians .but djakovica in kosovo has been bombed by accident-for
those who do not know djakovica is kosovo town with albanian
citizens-who is now protecting  whom?!?! same happend in monte
negro-several civilians injured.
 what will be an explanation in american congress?! maybe that every war
has it`s own prise.....

PS-every living creature has right to be frightened, never mind where
she/he/it lives,  attacked by snypers or just by bombarders.
