Syndicate: looking for Kiev conta

A friend of mine, a young British writer is coming soon to Kiev, he's
writing a novel taking place there, about and with Ukrainian people. He'd
like to come in contact with other writers, artists. If there is anyone on
the list or you know anyone there, could you please tell me how he could
