I know you're quite busy with all of these people that yet have to come but
this is a matter of urgency.
I wrote to you a few days ago that I  I will need an official
invitation by your Institution sent to me by fax but haven't received it
yet.
So, I will try to go the Swedish Embassy with your e-mail invitation.
I hope I'll get the visa.
What about the ticket for the air travel?
Will I pick it up in some agency, on the airport, or will I have to get
it my self and then be re-imbursed?

You also wanted some biographical data which I have sent in my last
letter but am resending to you.
