L+ Web site
The Locus+ web site has been redesigned and restructured. It covers all our
events to date with further documentation including sound and video

Cornelia Hesse Honegger.
The exhibition of her paintings of insects,  mutating due to exposure of
low level radiation, is at Woolaton Hall Natural History Museum Nottingham,
UK (+44 (0) 115 915 3900) until November 16. This exhibition travels to
Canada in 1998 (Vancouver Art Gallery  and Walter Philips Gallery,Banff)
and we are seeking other venues/partners in North America who may be
interested in showing this work.

The catalogue, The Future's Mirror, is now available. ISBN 1 899377 07 7.
It has essays by art critic Peter Suchin and radiation biologist Georges
B.Dussart and 52 colour plates.

Lawrence Paul Yuxweluptun.

The performance An Indian Act Shooting The Indian Act in September, at
Bisley Rifle Range and Healey Estate, and produced a number of multiples:
cartridges and shells, violated documents and, in an edition of three, a
combination of shotgun, cartridges and document. They will be exhibited in
Vancouver and Ottawa next year. further details : grunt@bc.sympatico.ca

Paul St George : Minumental Sculptures

Paul St George has embarked on a project inspired by the monumental art
works of the 20th century. He will be producing approximately 40 minumental
sculptures. To date he has completed seven works including Minumental
Impossibility, Minumental Tilted Arc, Minumental Equivalent VII, Minumental
Wrapped Reichstag and Minumental Ghost. They are available in a signed
first edition (250) and  can be seen at http://www.minument.demon.co.uk.
