Syndicate: Library info

dear friends,

i have some books lying around here which i have wanted to somehow 'review'
for the list for a while, but i know that it won't happen in the near
future so i'll take a shortcut and would like to encourage others to do the
same: make short database entries to tell other people about new
Syndicate-related publications, catalogues, etc., and send them to the list
using 'Library' as the subject line.
