Dear Syndicalists,

Timur Novicov is one of the great contemprorary russian artists,
an organizator of new art revolution of 80th,a lider of
"New Artists's"movement in Leningrad and a center figure in
New Academy of Fine Art/neoclassic in Sankt-Petersburg.
In the beginning of the year he falled sick of his head/miningite
and has lost his vision on 95-98%.
We ask all new media and cybercommunities with a question:
If new technology could save a vision of the man today in
an actual phisical meaning of the word?
