Hallo Freunde der Seifenoper!

Das Imperium schlägt zurück. Julian Allitt, (Geschäftsführer
Jazzradio 101,9, mailto:jallitt@aol.com) und Matthias Kirsch
(Head of Music Jazzradio 101,9,
mailto:matthiaskirsch@hotmail.com) haben dem Jazzfiles-
Verteiler folgende Nachricht zur Veröffentlichung zugesandt:

"Your online service Jazzfiles today includes an assertion,
in an article by Al Weckert, that JazzRadio is programmed in
New York. This is wholly untrue, malicious and damaging. We
require you to (a) delete this reference forthwith and (b)
post a correction in terms to be approved in advance with
this company. If we have not had a satisfactory reply by 12
noon on Friday 5th January, we will instruct our lawyers to
commence legal action against Mr Weckert and yourselves as
publishers. Kind regards. Julian Allitt (Geschaeftsfuehrer,
Jazz Radio & Verlag GmbH)."

Mir steht eine Klage ins Haus, weil ich zu sagen wagte, dass
das Jazzradio von einem Ami musikalisch programmiert wird?!
Um das zu wissen, muss man nicht HCL heissen.
