Studio project. We would like to hear from artists interested in using one
of our gallery spaces as a studio for a short period 1-4 weeks this summer.
Selected artists will show the outcome of their studio time at the end of
the project. Anyone interested in this opportunity should write in no more
than 500 words how they would propose to use the space. This is an
opportunity to experiment. Unusual and innovative proposals are welcomed.
Deadline - Friday 18 July 2003.

Window space project. The gallery has 4 glass-fronted spaces on street
level. 3 will be available for an artist/s to use. There will be no access
to the spaces themselves as the intention of the project is to view the work
from the street. Proposals should specify whether just one or all three
windows are required. Note that the windows are shuttered at night.
Dimensions for each space are approx - 4.5m main window, 6.5m total frontage
(including door and side window). Deadline Friday 1 August 2003.

market is holding an Open Forum meeting on Tuesday 1st July 2003, 6  8 pm,
at 334 Duke St. Dennistoun.
Refreshments will be served.

The meeting is open to anyone interested in finding out more on market and
aims to generate discussion on markets programme, curatorial policy and
support for artists. You can also find out how to get involved and about
opportunities to volunteer, or work sessionally. Feedback from the
discussion will inform the future running of the project, so this is a good
opportunity to raise questions, concerns and ideas.
