It is Second Saturday Gallery Night in North East Los Angeles and many of

Now based in Paris, Veaceslav Druta is from Chisinau, Republic of Moldova,
and is Outpost's current resident artist for five weeks from April 28 - June
1, 2008.

The artist creates interactive situations using video, performance, music,
and sculpture. He views his works as objects and situations that allow him
to establish interaction with people. He is interested in notions regarding
the perception of reality, unity and multiplicity, collective memory and
interdependency, among others.

Veaceslav Druta is developing new work during his residency in Los Angeles.
Recent work as well as ideas, impressions, and work-in-progress will be
