The European Cultural Foundation mobility fund STEP beyond encourages
cross-border cultural cooperation and exchange between all European
countries. The fund is open to art professionals, cultural operators,
cultural translators, cultural researchers and cultural journalists. The
ECF notes a low uptake in Cyprus, Denmark, Ireland, Iceland, Kosovo,
Luxemburg, Malta & Moldova and wants to encourage specifically applications
from artists and operators in these countries.	
>GRUNDTVIG: adult education and lifelong learning mobility grants

Under GRUNDTVIG 3, an arm of the European Commission's Socrates programme,
grants are available to staff involved in the delivery of adult education
to develop skills outside their own country by attending training courses

involved in adult education teaching are encouraged to apply for these
mobility training grants.

The European Commission has announced a restricted call for proposals
addressed to the national authorities responsible for culture. Funding will
be given to a small number of cooperation projects which aim to promote
