I would like to suggest that Piran Manifesto be amended to account for 
the fact that one of the implications of being ex-East and Ex-West is 
that we are also Ex-capital-ISM. We have only the laws of unbridled 
*capital*. Which I agree should be denounced and reparations demanded. 
As Laurie Anderson said "there is no where to defect to anymore".
