 From DARPA, the Defence Advanced Research Projects agency, real-time 
2-way combat communications translation, and a power-point 
presentation to boot! (Be sure to check out their logo - on the last 
slide)

(This presupposes the ability to do voice recognition in Arabic, 
Mandarin, Pashto, Farsi and Dari (on a pda), and also presupposes a 
completely western context of both combat and conversation... )
