yr server is involved in an internet service
i do not believe it is a good service to ban an
entire country (italy) to subscribe to a mailing -list.

if i haven't response to a question from a professional
web master is it an abuse? YOU(=Luke Kelly)menace me to report to
the internet security...

i appeal to civil rights! why italian country is considered as villan
by some webmasters? you are hosting a mailing list that does that.
think!
