Antonio Manfredi, direttore del CAM, si mette a nudo per il suo museo. L’immagine provocatoria che lo ritrae coperto solo da una scritta è il simbolo di Support o’ CAM, la campagna lanciata da Manfredi alla ricerca di supporto per il museo di Casoria.

Dopo le tante battaglie per salvare il CAM (vedi richiesta Asilo politico alla Germania del 2011, CAM Art War e CAMouflage del 2012 ecc), alla vigilia del 13° anno di apertura del museo, il CAM lancia una nuova rivoluzionaria proposta per sopperire alla mancanza di finanziamenti istituzionali e scongiurare il pericolo di chiusura. Saranno gli stessi artisti a finanziare il museo prendendo in gestione annualmente 1 metro degli spazi del museo e al contempo privati cittadini e aziende potranno adottare una delle opere in collezione permanente. Sarà una delle più interessanti operazioni artistiche mai realizzate da una istituzione culturale autogestita direttamente dagli artisti, da privati cittadini amici del museo e dalle aziende.
L’ala messa a disposizione per questa operazione è di circa 300 mq, il 10% del museo e ci sarà spazio per 50 pittori, 50 scultori e 50 fotografi.
Gli artisti potranno prenotare 1 metro del museo ed allestire una propria opera per 1 intero anno al costo minimo di 10€ al mese per un totale di 120€ annuali e al contempo partecipare al FESTIVAL SURVIVAL 2017 (previa selezione dell'opera da esporre da parte della direzione del CAM tra le opere da te proposte).
100 opere della collezione permanente potranno essere adottate da privati cittadini per la somma di 50€ annuali mentre le aziende private potranno contribuire con 500€ annuali per aggiudicarsi una delle 100 opere da esporre nei loro uffici di rappresentanza in comodato d’uso.

After so many battles for survival of the Contemporary Ary Museum CAM, for making the Museum active and in life (Request for Political Asylum in Germany 2011, CAM Art War, CAMouflage 2012, etc.), at the day of the 13th years of the opening of the museum, CAM launches a revolutionary new proposal for the institutional lack of funding and ward off the danger of closure for lack of funds.
The artists will have the opportunity to fund the museum by taking-renting 1 meter of museum space per year and at the same time private citizens and businesses companies will be able to adopt one of the artworks from the permanent collection of the museum.
It will be one of the most interesting art movement ever carried out by a self-managed cultural institution directly by artists and private citizens.
The space provided for this operation is about 300 square meters, 10% of the museum and there will be space for 50 painters, 50 sculptors and 50 photographers.
Artists can book 1 meter of the museum and set up their own work for 1 full year for a minimum cost of 10 € per month for a total of 120 € per year and at the same time participate in FESTIVAL SURVIVAL 2017 (after that the directory of the CAM Museum select one artwork from your proposal).
100 works of the permanent collection can be taken by private citizens for the sum of 50 € per annum, while private companies can contribute with 500 € per year to award one of the 100 works from the collection which will be exhibited in their representative offices.
